RE: Closed Service Centers on the 401

The rest stops along the 401 are the worst ones I can think of for dirty rest rooms and should all be torn down. Not to mention to lack of parking spaces for trucks and rv's.
The rest areas all along the state hi ways are far superior for trucks and most rest rooms are kept clean. They also have areas to walk pets as well as nice picnic areas with shade trees.
That's why I mostly plan trips thru the USA even when headed out east.

RE: Hand Held CB

Thanks for the replies.
I have a good one now I just did not want to bother running the cable out the back on my new truck and mount the antena for two trips a year with the trailer.

Has anyone had any luck with any brand of hand held CB radio, and if so what brand.

RE: What is this guy thinking?

For those who comment about Andy at Can-Am in Ontario should make a trip up and test drive one of there hook ups before they comment.
And talk to Andy about towing.
I was supprised when I towed a 34 foot airstream with an Intrepid.

Restoration

Good Evening
I would like to know if anyone has restored an airstream trailer or for that matter any trailer and what the cost may run.
I know it all depends on what is done but I would like it livable and modern and hope I would not have to do all the appliances.
I would appreciate any info on this.
Thanks George

Florida Camp Ground

Good evening.
I have always camped at Fort Wilderness for the last 18 years during Christmas while the kids where growing up. We like Fort Wilderness but do not want to head down as far as Kissimmee area and would like to stay more north' even if it is a little cooler in December.
We like a larger park with lots of walking and of coarse one that has events planned over the Christmas season.
We like meeting fellow campers and we also travel with our two golden retrievers.
Can anyone help and suggest a few nice parks.
Thanks George
